Anna from Core and Tonic Pilates

Falling in love with Pilates many years ago I knew that one day this would be my path.

Completing my Cert III in fitness over 12 years ago and teaching a group circuit class at a large chain gym I loved helping clients become stronger and realise their potential.

While also working in operating theatres as an Anaesthetic Assistant and mainly in the orthopaedic unit my love of Pilates really began to evolve as I realised that Pilates could assist so many people and even be able to prevent some surgeries. The main regret of so many patients was that they wished that they had started some sort of fitness program earlier in their lives.

Pilates is the gold standard of Fitness, in my opinion, as it brings everything together. Core awareness, body conditioning as well as incorporating flexibility and stretching.

Realising that there was a gap for a small group Pilates class that really focusing on technique, guidance and reassurance was how Core & Tonic Pilates came into existence.

A place that was also authentic and welcoming.

This is what I love to do, and I love to teach and guide my clients into becoming stronger and take charge of their bodies.
