App invite code

 

The invite code for the Core and Tonic Pilates app is AGM3QP. 

Will Pilates benefit me?

 

Yes! Pilates is the perfect way to work out and you use all your muscles big and small. Core awareness and activation is so important and will help alleviate tightness, lower back pain and general aches and pains. 

Core & Tonic Pilates is even more special due to our Hybrid Classes- using Reformer, Mat work & Small equipment all in the same class. This is Pilates at its best.

Booking in

All classes are booked through the website or through the App. This booking will ensure that your spot on the Reformer is reserved for you. 

 

As we are a small group class it is essential that you book in your session. You are able to prebook all your sessions at the same time if there is a time slot that works for you.

 

Late cancellations

 

Please allow 12 hours to cancel or reschedule your session. You are able to cancel or reschedule your session yourself through the website or app. If you are using the website, the tab with My Classes is where you can make your changes.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you have a pre paid pack and cancel outside of the 12 hour policy, your class will be automatically credited back to your pack.

If you purchase a casual class, you will now have a class credit. To redeem this credit, simply email coreandtonic@gmail.com when you are ready to rebook the class you wish to attend. One rebook per casual class.

As a small business, we thank you for your understanding and stand firm on the policy. We understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend your booked class, however your class will be forfeited.

 

What do I wear & bring

  • Exercise clothing that is comfortable. Preferably tights and shorts for men.

  • No long flowy garments as these may become caught up in the springs. 

  • Towel.

  • Grippy socks are a must for your safety. We sell move active socks in the studio, EFTPOS available. We also have reformer mats for sale.

  • Water bottle.

 

First time

 

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early. 

  • Ensure that you have filled out your health information and read the waiver/signed prior to attending your first class.

  • This is emailed to you at the time of your first booking so please check your spam folder if you cannot find it. 

  • Be kind to yourself, the first time at Pilates may seem scary but we are here for you every step of the way. 

 

Age limit

 

At Core & Tonic Pilates you must be at least 16 years and over to attend our sessions. 

 

Parking

 

There is parking along Fig Tree Pocket road as well as down the side streets on Henry Street and Noreen Street. Parking is free and non-metered.

 

Phone policy

Please ensure that your phone is on silent so there are no interruptions during class. Watch phones also please place on silent.

 

Fitness class

 

Our sessions are a fitness class not a rehabilitation class. Clients with pre-existing injuries that have been addressed and have been given clearance by your doctor are still welcome. Please make sure that this information is on your health form so we are informed and can modify any exercise for you.

If you are currently experiencing an injury, please see your doctor and as soon as you are cleared and on the mend, we can assist you regaining strength.
